This hidden small bungalow is ideal for a small family or two friends but can comfortably fit two couples if you are feeling cozy!

Our detached Spanish-style artist’s studio is within a 3 to 15 minute walk of all the best restaurants and shops in the lower Village of Montecito. It is an easy four block walk from the patio to beautiful Butterfly Beach. It is cozy, private and has a fabulous, hot, outside shower ! (Note; this shower is the only shower for the studio). Gaze at the stars while rinsing off the sand ! The studio space is small, and cozy, warm radiant concrete floors can be turned on in the chillier months.

This newly remodeled guest house is located in the coveted Montecito Oaks neighborhood. There is also an assortment of toys, coloring supplies & games for you & the little ones to enjoy. There's also a wagon, chairs & towels for your beach adventures. This studio is perfect for a single or couple looking for a getaway in the Montecito area. There’s a king bed, flat screen tv, kitchenette, patio, 2 bikes, wifi, and free parking for one car. We allow one, medium-sized dog however, we ask that you do not leave them during your stay.
