The washer and dryer are in the backyard and free to use. It's about 14 miles to LA downtown, 22 miles to Universal Studio, and 26 miles to Disneyland.

Washer dryer in unit , we are about 15 mins from DTLA . Restaurants and shops are close by. Super convenient! This property is a duplex, there is a person staying in the side unit . You will have the whole 2 bedroom 1 bathroom all by yourself , no area is shared.
