Our place is near Virginia Tech, Radford University, the C'burg Aquatic Center, and the Harkrader Sports Complex. Hiking & outdoor fun abounds onsite and nearby; art & culture, shopping, and great restaurants are just minutes away. Set in a beautiful hollow down a mile-long gravel drive, surrounded by mountains and mixed hardwood forest. Peaceful seclusion, just 10 minutes from the heart of the New River Valley. W/D, DW, gas grill, kitchen gear, linens/towels, internet, TV w/sat . :-)

T's Place

The space is a recently renovated basement studio with a private entrance. There is a parking place for you and a lighted path to the left that leads down to the studio. The studio has a queen bed, a bathroom with tub and shower and a dressing room area that some use for an office. The kitchen has most anything you will need. We live upstairs, so you will hear footsteps and kitchen activity. The yard is huge and fenced- in, perfect for pets. The walk to Lane Stadium is only 15 minutes!

You will be close to everything, only a few minutes off I-81, 10 minutes to Radford University and 20 minutes to Virginia Tech. A King bed to take all your worries away with a sofa sleeper for a little extra room. Cottage with one bedroom with king size bed, full bathroom, fully furnished kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, pots and pans, etc. Living room with queen sleeper sofa with flat screen tv. Huge (450 sq. ft.) deck overlooking Ellett Valley, Approximately 3 miles from Blacksburg No smoking. Cats and dogs OK. Cottage and loft can be rented as a combination or separate as they are on the same unit but have separate entrances. NO barking dogs!

Cabin on the Creek

This 1 room cabin with kitchenette (2 top burner, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker) with full bath is set on Toms Creek, fifteen minutes drive from Virginia Tech and the town of Blacksburg. The space itself is private, rustic and charming even though we live just next door. We thank you for no pets, vaping or smoking inside the cabin and we are happy to share that our onsite managers, Ray and Mara, will be handling all inquiries on our behalf.

Hokie Homestead Highly accessible to VT and I-81

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful country cabin situated on our six-and-a-half acre partial homestead on a quiet lane. Meet our mini donkeys Hokie and Pokie, mini pigs, and other animal friends. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens and seasonal vegetables as available! This getaway is a perfect home base for Virginia Tech games and events, nearby vineyards, breweries, the Appalachian Trail, and the New River. Mountain and horse-ranch views.

Our house is really special & unique. We want you to come enjoy the space! HUGE Private one room off the back of the house. We share a wall and you will hear us. Room comes with living room area, tv, king size bed, large private master bath, ability to set temperature (within range). The Cabin is a luxurious rural escape, with a 3-person hot tub. Located on a permaculture homestead and native plant sanctuary, the space overlooks the garden and is surrounded by forest. Natural/local materials were used throughout (built in 2023).
