Kitchen has dishes, utensils, cookware & small appliances. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, full bath, kitchen, covered porch with Blackstone. Downstairs has bunkroom & full bath. Crib & highchair provided. Lake Front house steps away from the water, Private dock on the homeowners property. Updated kitchen, with new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and new HVAC system Use the 2 Kayaks, fish off the pier or play in the lake! What an excellent experience since Feb 2017, over 360, 5*star reviews through 2024. Highlight: We had three different couples kayaked to the small private Island and were engaged having a memory of a lifetime*** we're happy to continue to host! 2 night min.

Residential area. No guests, parties,groups,or Late, loud music-use of the amenities is for the guests only. Well behaved pets,housebroken, shots/neutered. Additional fee of $75 per pet-prior approval . 4 guests included additional guest $30 per night each limit 6 total. Longer stays 4 guests max.
