Be Our Guest at The Whistle House our building was built in 1906. It was home to Whistle Soda Bottling Company. We have renovated the apartment in the building. Relax and Enjoy! We have WIFI, 2 Smart TV's among everything else you could need. Katy depot is .08 miles for Katy trail riders. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath is the perfect central Missouri home. Located only 25 miles from Truman Lake, 45 miles to Lake of the Ozarks, and 23 miles to the MO state fair. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 1 in basement. All have queen size beds. Bath on main floor has tub and the one in basement has shower. Large country kitchen. EXtra bed

Our spacious camper is lake front with a gorgeous Cove view, sitting on our quiet, peaceful, private property on a private road. No sharing our space, and a 200 ft walk (across from camper) to the water, enjoy our dock with amenities, shady green space by the water, or the outdoor kitchen, patio and firepit at the camper. You’ll have access to our HOA boat ramp. We’re located on the Osage River Arm of Lake of the Ozarks on MM 84 (@ the power lines) and 15 minutes away from Truman Dam and Lake.

Lovely 2 bedroom place with free parking

Whether you are here for the State Fair, passing thru on the trail or the highway come stay and rest at our place. We are conveniently located 0.5 miles from the east entrance to the fair as well as 0.5 miles from the Katy trail. We have a cozy two bedroom unit that can fit 4 adults and a kid on the couch. Hungry? We are located one block away from Sonic, Subway, two Mexican and a Chinese restaurant. McDonald’s, Burger-King, TacoBell, Dominoes and Pizza Hut are less than a mile away.

The 2nd bedroom comes with 2 twin beds. The 3rd bedroom has a full sized bed. The bathroom is very large with an entry from the master and the hall and includes the washer and dryer. The Fisher House is a favorite spot for all of our guests. Dog friendly with some limitations. This is a quiet and clean neighborhood that keeps you close to local attractions. Walnut Grove Retreat

Quiet country house on a wooded lot. Entire main floor of this secluded country home, with a covered deck overlooking woods, including outdoor dining and lounge. Well appointed kitchen with open concept dining and living area. Eight miles to Sedalia, the Katy Trail and Missouri State Fairgrounds. Thirty minutes to Whiteman AFB. We welcome up to two dogs.

"The Broken Spoke" nightly rental sits on just over a quiet acre of land only steps from the Katy Trail and minutes from local restaurants and shopping. We can accommodate up to six in the house, we have additional camping space available for larger groups upon request, as well as extended stay rates.
