Our NEWLY REMODELED (2021) spacious loft apartment is nestled above the garden, One block from the beach and close to UCSB. Created is a restful, quiet space for you to unwind inside and out. We love all people, but due to the design of the open loft our space is unsafe for kiddos….but not grown ups! Thank you for understanding. Lounge in the GARDEN, run the MORE MESA trail in the morning and walk the BEACH at sunset. Butterflies, honey bees, birds and kitty Beau are waiting to greet you!

While sitting outside, enjoy the view of the nature preserve and listen for tree frogs and, if you're lucky, coyotes, too. There is a 1.5 mile walking path across the street offering bird watching, Los Carneros Lake, and the historic Stow House. Take a different path (.4 mi each way) toward local @CaptainFattys microbrewery (check IG for wood fired pizza and events).

It is simply appointed with a "cabin" feel. It is perfect for a solo traveler or cozy couple with a double (not queen) bed, mini kitchen, and tiny living room. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space with great mountain views. In this very large private studio, with a king bed, twin bed, living room, bathroom, and kitchenette (fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and 2-burner electric cooktop). We live on the property (separate area from Airbnb) and can assist with any needs. We're on a quiet mountain road, while easy to get downtown and freeway.

Super clean duplex

One bedroom duplex with a living room, full kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. You can sleep two in the queen bed and there is an additional fold out queen sofa bed in the living room. We are located 10 min to down town and 10 min to UCSB, close to bike path and grocery store. The rental is fully stocked, just need to bring your shorts and sandals.
