Garden and Outdoor Area The south-facing garden offers a wide, open panoramic view over the hills of the Morvan. You can enjoy: a table with a parasol for outdoor meals a small table in the shade of the apple trees lounge chairs and armchairs two hammocks for relaxing A chicken coop is also available. Guests can collect fresh eggs and enjoy the gentle rhythm of country life. The house is located in a preserved rural setting. Een heerlijk licht huis direct naast Notre Échelle 1. Met In de tuin een zwembad met groot zonneterras. In 2024 verbouwd naar een vakantiehuis waar je een combinatie treft van oude elementen uit de naastgelegen boerderij met nieuwe elementen als een nieuwe keuken en badkamer. Het huis staat aan de rand van het dorp Alluy aan de voet van de Morvan. Je vind hier rust, het mooie platteland maar ook de gezelligheid van de zeer nabij gelegen dorpjes en haventjes langs het Canal de Nivernais.

Avec son vaste séjour, ses quatre chambres et ses deux salles de bains, elle peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. Située aux portes du village et bordée de 2 hectares de prairies, elle dispose d'un vaste jardin de 4000m² avec terrasse et verger.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Site très calme, parfait pour se reposer, et observer la nature et les étoiles. L'arrière saison est souvent très agréable en Morvan et les couleurs des forêts sont extraordinaires. Peut accueillir 4 personnes.
