Lodge ini mempunyai pemandangan panorama di atas lembah dengan ruang istirahat yang selesa di sebelah pendiangan, wi-fi percuma, dapur besar & ruang makan dengan semua yang anda perlukan untuk memasak ribut salji, manakala bilik permainan mempunyai meja pool, meja tennis meja dan tv satelit. Kongoola adalah jalan kaki yang mudah dari jalan raya & ke lif kerusi, sewa ski, restoran & bar, 'Genny Pub' yang ikonik dan pengangkutan kampung.

Pondok Alpine Aardvark

Aardvark Alpine Lodge ialah pondok tertinggi di Hotham pada ketinggian 1770m, berhampiran dengan pub tempatan, yang dikenali sebagai "The Genny" atau The General. Rumah tumpangan ini besar dan dilengkapi dengan dapur double, dan dua ruang tamu yang luas, selain sembilan bilik tidur di tiga tingkat. Persekitaran sekitarnya mempunyai bunga musim bunga yang indah dengan trek berjalan kaki dan mendaki yang banyak. Aardvark Alpine Lodge sesuai untuk menjadi hos kepada kumpulan yang lebih besar untuk keluarga dan rakan.

Pangsapuri Chalet Hotham 20 ialah pangsapuri loteng belakang superior dua tingkat dengan dapur serba lengkap termasuk mesin basuh pinggan mangkuk dan ketuhar gelombang mikro. Bilik tidur terletak di tingkat atas dan mempunyai katil king (atau 2 katil single) serta katil dua tingkat (2 katil single) dan bilik mandi besar dengan tab spa sudut dan pancuran mandi berasingan, pemanas tuala dan kelengkapan mandian disediakan.
