The location is the stunning South Arm Peninsula offering many coastal trails, beaches, and a key site for viewing the Aurora Australis. Easy access to Hobart (40mins) and the Airport (30ms).

It's only 3 minutes drive to beautiful beaches (Nutgrove and Long Beach), 7 minute drive to main local shopping center (supermarkets, restaurants, chemist etc). 5 min drive to Uni of Tas.
