Το αρχοντικό βρίσκεται στους πρόποδες του Κισσάβου στο κάτω μέρος της Μελιβοίας, στην είσοδο του μονοπατιού που οδηγεί στους καταρράκτες .Απέχει 10 λεπτά από τη θάλασσα. Είναι ένα τριώροφο κτίσμα των αρχών του 1900 αναπαλαιωμένο με πολύ αγάπη και μεράκι. Τα υλικά κατασκευής πέτρα και ξύλο δημιουργούν μια ιδιαίτερη ατμόσφαιρα χαλάρωσης και ηρεμίας.
