Relax in the private walled courtyard or enjoy the extensive gardens and chat to resident horses and donkeys. Sitting-room with gas fired stove and formal dining area, sunroom with cast iron stove, TV, and glass doors to patio with alfresco dining, fully equipped kitchen, ensuite bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with double bed, downstairs wet room, oil fired central heating.

Our place is ideal for families, couples, and the lone traveller alike. Welcome basket on arrival with tea, coffee, milk, and water.

Tullydowey Gate Lodge

Situated beside the village of Blackwatertown on the border between counties Tyrone and Armagh. Tullydowey Gate Lodge is a Grade B1 listed property built in 1793. Restoration of the gate lodge was completed in 2019 and undertaken with the utmost regard for the history of the building with many of the existing 18th century features sympathetically maintained whilst providing the comforts of 21st century living in a traditional country cottage style turning it once again into a real eye catcher.

A beautiful modern S/C apartment located on the edge of Oxford Island Nature Reserve set on the shores of Lough Neagh only 20 minutes south of Belfast, 30 minutes from the beach and 40 minutes from the Mourne mountains . The house is set on the grounds of a thatch cottage where we live with dogs, cats and hens which roam about freely waiting to welcome newcomers and overlooks stunning countryside. Titanic Exhibition, shopping and high end restaurants are all within easy reach.

Priory Chalets -The Waterfall

The Priory Chalets are nestled on the grounds of Benburb Priory, Dungannon Co Tyrone. Perfect for glamping with your family or for larger groups when more than 1 chalet is booked. Each chalet sleeps 4 comfortably and has their own private bathrooms, kitchenette and shared BBQ area. Walking distance to the local pub, coffee shop, Priory Manor House and River Blackwater and acres of outstanding natural beauty. Perfect for fishing trips, group getaways or to explore as a family.

Flowerhill Cottage

Flowerhill Cottage is a 18th Century barn which has been sympathetically restored to an exceptional standard. In 2021 we have replaced the bathroom, installed new triple glazing and completed redecorated. The accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, an open plan kitchen/dining area, and living room with double sofa bed and a wood burning stove. The accommodation can be altered to suit the needs of any guest. Cots, high chairs etc can be provided upon request.

Derrycaw Cottage

Our cottage is situated on approx 7 acres of land with plenty of wide open space. All of the rooms are spacious and light. We have 2 recreational rooms, the lounge has a real log burning fire with plenty of logs and our dining room has sky lights and a large flat tv. The cottage is situated at the bottom of a long and private drive with parking for 10-12cars. Just 5 minutes drive to the motorway and local amenities. Sorry but we don't allow pets.

Riverside Cabin

Set on Edge of River Blackwater. Co Tyrone 2 bedroom log cabin. 1 bedroom has double bed. 1 bed room with bunk beds. with kitchen, w/c and shower, also for larger families there is a 3 berth Pod available which has a double bed and a pull out sofa. Set in a peaceful location on the blackwater river Co Tyrone. Ideal for fishing or just a peaceful Retreat. Large garden and kids play area available on grounds. Hot tub Available.

Treetops Annex is a cosy double room with ensuite, kitchenette and private entrance. It is situated close to the M12, Craigavon Area hospital and Seagoe/Carn Industrial Estates . With it's own private garden and peaceful surroundings it's a relaxing retreat for business and holiday travellers alike and a central place for touring Northern Ireland. Treetops Annex is certified by Tourism Northern Ireland.

Golf Lane Residence

Modern, high end finished property. Ideal location to access all of Northern Ireland’s main attractions including Game of Thrones studio in Banbridge - 40 minutes. Also available for short term rentals for those who need that little bit longer to stay for work or family commitments. Prices available on request.
