Two-story private house with grapevine-covered courtyard in the historic part of Tbilisi's city center. Open plan kitchen and living area, upstairs bedrooms, and large outdoor veranda make it ideal for a family or couples. Our house is conveniently located in the very center of the city. Five minutes walk to Rustaveli Avenue (main street with museums and cafes) and the metro. Two minutes walk to the Old City, the touristic center of Tbilisi. One minute walk to a large Carrefour supermarket.

The interior of the house is in an authentic Georgian style, following steps of our ancestor who was a painter as well.In a pergola outside you will be able to chill out tasting our family made wine from our eco clean vineyards. apartment is located in the old district of city center, only 3 minute walk to the subway station Rustaveli at historical Kakabadzeebi st. The location is perfect as you don’t need any public transport, you can walk everywhere. It's semi-BASEMENT(!), with windows. The house has status of cultural heritage ( built at the end of 19th century). You will have a private entrance, airco, kitchenette, microwave, iron, fridge, private bathroom, cosy room and TOP location.

Museums, restaurants and the main sights are all within easy walking distance. At the same time, the house itself is very quiet and peaceful. High ceilings, four spacious rooms and a private entrance give it the rare feeling of a real home right in the very centre of the city.

Our small house - cozy and comfortable like a real bird nest is located in the very center of the city, 5 minutes walk from the main street - Rustaveli avenue, behind the former parliament building in main historical part of Tbilisi. The House is built more than 200 years ago, but recently renovated and equipped with all necessary household devices, kitchen utensils and amenities specially for our guests.

The apartment is newly renovated, well designed and very comfortable (17 sq.m) is the best choice with the price. The apartment is located on the first floor of the historic building, close to the Opera hause.
