Sea Breeze is a very charming open plan house with it's own private parking spaces. It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. The French doors allows a continuation of the romantic feel with its cosy outside terrace and sea view while upstairs offers 1 King sized bed, 1 double and 2 singles. There are 3 bathrooms each with a shower with the main bathroom offering a bathtub.

The cottage has been fully refurbished. It offers a combination of contemporary and old in a minimalistic manner. Full use of all the facilities within the cottage. They include a 40 inch smart TV in the lounge, TV in the kitchen, TVs in 2 / 3 bedrooms. (King and Double) The single rear bedroom leads out to a decking area. Fully equipped kitchen. For anyone who has stayed in Mumbles they will be aware of parking issues - this is not a problem here as there is a private off road parking area.

Cottage by the Sea in the heart of Mumbles Village

A beautiful, stylish family & dog friendly cottage, complete with parking for 3 cars + in the heart of Mumbles village. Just a few minutes walk to the seafront and all the restaurants, shops, bars & cafes. An independant coffee shop is on the doorstep, 2 welcoming local pubs are also nearby. The iconic Mumbles Pier, Langland & Rotherslade Bay are within walking distance, and a short drive is Caswell Bay and the Gower Peninsula. A fab base if you want to stay local and enjoy Mumbles or GOWER

A modernised compact bungalow updated throughout offering comfortable space for a couple or two sharing, there is a smaller second bedroom with sofa bed. There is a large modern walk-in shower and comfortable kitchen lounge / living space. There is easy and safe parking directly opposite the property. Very close to the Welsh Coastal paths offering a unique access point some short distance away to allow fabulous walks to the nearby Langland Bay with its wonderful views and eating places.

Close to the beach, restaurants and castle, my centrally-located house in the much loved village of Mumbles is the perfect place for a family or group getaway! “Tŷ Glas” was my home for 12 years and having now moved nearby, I have renovated the property ready to share it and welcome visitors to the area to enjoy their escape to the Mumbles coast. As a dedicated host, I can’t wait to welcome you to accommodation located only 2 mins walk from Mumbles village and 10 mins from Langland Bay.

Your space is on the ground floor of our sea-front home in Mumbles, offering uninterrupted views of Swansea Bay. From the suite, you can see Mumbles Lifeboat Station to the right and Oystermouth Castle to the left. The suite features a king-size bed, corner sofa (also a sofa bed), full size fridge, table and chairs, a work desk, storage, shower room, 50” TV, and WiFi. Trampoline at the back. Please note, no cooking facilities are provided but we do have bowls, plates, glasses etc.

We offer a waterside getaway with comfort in mind & everything you need within an easy 10 minute scenic walk. Chill out in this luxurious apartment with amazing views or soak in the bath /shower. Relax on a balcony overlooking the private courtyard garden with hot tub and shower or chill out on the front terrace where you take in Mumbles life & the ever-changing seascape.

A delightful fisherman’s cottage just off the seafront. It has one double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and another large bedroom with two single beds. There is a fully fitted kitchen with a dining table with four chairs; a washing machine/tumble dryer; fridge, freezer; microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom has a powerful shower over the bath. The cosy living room has seating for 5 people, a smart television, a docking Bluetooth station and a wood burner.

A unique and very quirky Studio Apartment (c. 500sq ft) set in a very tranquil and peaceful location, and yet with barely 1 mile Walk to the nearest breath taking bay that is Langland on the Gower Peninsula, which follows on to Caswell Bay and many other outstanding Beaches along a truly breathtaking coastal path. The lovely Village of Mumbles is also only a stroll down the road, bustling with some lovely boutique shops, coffee shops and wine bars.
