L'appartamento (al I° piano del villino), appena ristrutturato con materiali di pregio (pavimenti in marmo, porte artigianali in legno massello) ha due camere da letto di 20 e 22 mq. , di cui una con balcone. Quiet and very well connected by bus and metro front door, a few minutes walk from the Basilica of St. John , the trendy district of Pigneto, and about 20 minutes walk from the Colosseum. Awesome Pizzeria front door and many other bistrot. Our offer refers to overnight accommodation only; the breakfast service was suspended after the pandemic period.

From my B&B you have a stunning view of St.Peter's dome! There is a very comfortable double bed & private bathroom. There are also two cats, Wolfie and LolaLola, lurking in the rest of the apartment.
