Air conditioning is available from June to September via a portable unit connected to the window. Welcome to our delightful little guest house. At the Yellow House we aim to make you feel like you are at home away from home. We are conveniently located 5 minutes away from ‘Leonardo da Vinci’ International airport and you can be in the centre of Rome within 30 minutes. We have a range of fully air conditioned en-suite rooms to suit all your needs. All our rooms are equipped with an LCD TV and WI-FI with kettles, minifridges and breakfast tray. Other facilities include an on-site parking. And should you require we also have a taxi and shuttle service between the guest house and the airport. The room is part of a B&B with 3 private bedrooms located in the heart of Monti district, 3 minutes away from the Quirinale, 12 minutes away from Trevi Fountain and 15 minutes away from the Spanish Steps and Colosseum. The whole apartment has been recently renovated, all bedrooms have been provided with a mini-fridge, 43" Led Smart TV and AC. Each guest is given a 3 towels set and 2 pillows. A baby cot can be added (complete of linen) for an additional 15€ per night. The central location allows you to get to the most important sights just by taking a short walk, while being located in a low traffic street helps keeping the outside noises down.

Molti ospiti lo vivono come un piccolo angolo segreto di relax nel cuore del quartiere Flaminio. Lo spazio è compatto, indipendente e pensato per due persone, lontano dal caos del centro storico ma ben collegato. Il design moderno e l'atmosfera raccolto lo rendono più simile a un piccolo studio contemporaneo che a un appartamento tradizionale.
