An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

The Church Lodge - Rialto Bridge

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. Air Conditioning, wifi and heating.

The Venier apartment is located in the heart of Murano island, a few steps from the main public transport stops, shops, furnaces, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The apartment is equipped with two double bedrooms (one with the possibility of separate beds), living room with satellite TV, a bathroom with shower, laundry with washing machine, kitchen furnished with microwave oven, induction hob and kettle. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per il gruppo) e della tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati saranno condivisi solo con Polizia e Comune. A Venezia gli ascensori sono rari: ci sono circa 50 gradini, ma non troppo ripidi. C'è un servizio di consegna bagagli direttamente in appartamento. C'è un deposito valigie.
