El loft se encuentra en el tercer piso de Casa Mavi, una antigua fábrica que fue remodelada para crear un lugar lleno de encanto que lo hace único. Cuenta con terrazas de uso común. Our casita is located in the beautiful and historical Coyoacan. Home to the greatest artists, Coyoacan is safe, quiet and perfect for walking and biking. Our house is very close to delicious restaurants, fun bars, markets, parks, subway stations and the famous Frida Kahlo museum. The neighborhood is full of Mexican art and culture and the house is cozy and lovely! Our casita is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and well behaved furry friends (pets).

After a year-long remodeling project, I’m thrilled to present this personal residence Kaya Kalpa. Every inch of the property has been thoughtfully remodeled. Ideal place for artists, wanderers, all walks of life practitioners to come reset, reflect, and create.  The space is located on Amsterdam street in Condesa, one block from Parque Mexico. You’ll find all nice restaurants, cafes, and stores downstairs. Big supermarket, local Mercado, metro station…all within 5 minutes walking distance.

Casa José Clemente Orozco Coyoacán

Located in Coyoacán, typical Mexican neighborhood surrounded by markets, museums and historical buildings, a few blocks from Museu Frida Khalo, this house was the first studio for the painter and muralist José Clemente Orozco, who designed and build it between 1921 and 1923. All the bedrooms have their own bathroom and the main suite has a king-size bed, Smart TV and a terrace. It has a big and beautiful garden and a work space with its own terrace too. The garden is shared by 2 houses.
