Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, oak, pine & sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Over a mile of well maintained hiking trail winds through the woods. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan. Hosting adults only, no children or pets permitted inside the A, which is designed by a couple to create a perpetually quiet and relaxing place for other couples and ourselves.

Property provides: -Kayaks -Standup paddle boards -Magic carpet for kids -Grill with natural gas -Hot tub with view of the lake (Operation Hours between 7 am and 11 pm) -Steam shower -Sand box -Electronic dart board -Pool table -Fire pit -Gas fireplace -Boathouse with party area *Pontoon boat available to rent for $350/day OR $750 for 3 days. Riverbend Ranch is a place to rest and reset. A place where you can find adventure for the outdoor enthusiasts and peacefulness for those who seek tranquility. Deer run through these ravines and salmon swim through the river bend, come see all the wildlife! Enjoy soaking in the hot tub and spending time with those you love on the ranch! Lakefront Cottage w/Boat & Bunkhouse in the Woods

The Loon's Nest is a unique lakefront bungalow with backyard bunkhouse. It comes with a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks, private beach & dock w/swim platform from May through late October (weather permitting). The property spreads across 2 large lots offering expansive views of Lake Wabasis; a sandy shoreline beach; and a backyard surrounded by woodlands w/complete privacy. There's also an adjacent vernal pond full of wildlife that fill the area with a relaxing chorus of the sounds from nature.

Lakefront Cottage w/Pontoon, Dock & Paddle Boat

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this renovated waterfront cottage has scenic views and 66' of private shoreline on Lake Wabasis. Swan cottage comes w/18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May-October, weather permitting). There is a front deck, side patio, bonfire pit & gas grill. The cottage is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced. But we supply a spiral ground stake w/cable. And a one-time pet fee is included in the total cost when booking.

Green Acres: Your Home Among the Trees

Steeped in nature, the gazebo provides a get away into nature, with its double bed and intimate sized room this is a wonderful space for 2 to be immersed in a peaceful environment. Whether you came here to rest & revive or to explore there is plenty to be had! The gazebo has a nearby compostable toliet (shared with other guests), and just a 1 minute walk on a path in the woods to the main house (where the full bathroom is that can be used 9am-8pm).

Relax listening to the water flow over the dam or bring your fishing poles and fish right off the deck and at the dam, next to the cabin! Bring your kayaks and venture down the channel to the lake. Sip coffee in the morning right on the deck and enjoy the private view. The cabin has a queen bed in one bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. This cabin is great for a family with two children, or a couple looking for a quiet get away!
