A stylish house at Ios that has beautiful, panoramic sea and sunset view.It is only 5 minutes walking to the beach or the famous Pool club Pathos. The house expands in 3 levels using a few stairs. Ground Level has Master bedroom with double bed,1 bunk bed and bathroom Middle level (this level has the balcony) has 1 double bed and designed as an open space with Upper level where is the kitchen area with dining table. Please note that only one bedroom is private with a door that locks.

Sea and sun is a brand new house built on the side of the mountain. Only one kilometer away from the most famous beach on the island Mylopotas beach(200 meters dirt road). With two bedrooms, two bathrooms,kitchen, a living room and an outdoor pool. The sea and the sun are scattered throughout all the rooms of the house.
