Τo διαμέρισμα Άλκηστις που βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο, είναι ένα μοντέρνο, ανακαινισμένο, αυτόνομο διαμέρισμα με μαγευτική θέα και σε απόσταση 30 μ. από την παραλία και τις ιαματικές πηγές.
