This is a lower level apartment, so it is not handicapped accessible.There are 12 stairs. We also offer chartered fishing trips or harbor sunset cruises at an additional charge to our guests. Relaxation Awaits! Mid-Island Retreat

Our guest suite is a separate wing of the main house. It is separated by a locked door. You have your own separate private entrance. Perfect honeymoon suite. You must come into the backyard of the main house to access your suite. We do not allow pets in our guest suite. Our Airbnb is not suitable for infants or children. There is an additional guest fee of $150 per guest per night after the initial two guests. And please let us know if you are bringing a car so we can arrange parking.

Two-bedroom/ 1.5 bath suite in a restored historic building in Town and the only unit in the building accessed through the original front door. Refurbished in 2025, the unit combines Nantucket style with modern accents and upgrades. Minutes from Main St, walking distance to Steps Beach, and near free public transportation. There is a shared patio in the back of the building with a gas grill and table. NEW for 2026 season: blackout shades in primary bedroom; beach chairs and coolers!

You also have one parking spot if you wish to bring your car. Our favorite places to walk/bike to are Lily Pond, Something Natural, the Oldest House, Steps Beach, and of course, downtown. Please note: this is a residential area and there is another apartment located above and next to you.
