La Terrazza di Vittoria è un delizioso monolocale su un unico livello immerso nel silenzio e nel verde. È situato a pochi metri dalla casa padronale e a soli 2 km da Città della Pieve. L’ampio giardino che circonda l’abitazione è una terrazza naturale sul Lago Trasimeno. È arricchito da una pergola dotata di tavolo e barbecue a disposizione per i vostri pasti in totale relax. Al suo interno, in uno spazio di 40mq, si trova un letto matrimoniale, una poltrona letto, un bagno e cucina attrezzata.

la casa si trova in un giardino con alberi da frutta (la frutta naturalmente può essere colta dall'ospite, mangiata o usata per fare marmellate) è appena fuori dal paese e a 100 metri dal bar e dal supermercato. Il paese si trova a 8 kilometri dal lago Trasimeno che si può raggiungere comodamente in bicicletta (due sono a disposizione) e in posizione strategica per raggiungere i borghi più importanti sia dell'Umbria che della Toscana. We are a small farm with a family-run farm on the border between Tuscany and Umbria. The old farmhouse in which we live with our children are surrounded by vineyards and olive groves with a splendid view of Montepulciano. We can sleep in 2 apartments and / or 1 independent room furnished with poor art and originality. We have 4 apartments of this type on first floor and on two levels with two bedrooms (one double and a single bedroom. The single bedroom is in the attic and has no door it overlooks the living room), living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower. The farmhouse enjoys a 360° view of the Umbrian and Tuscan hills and has a garden and shared swimming pool in summer, lounge and playground. This typology can NOT be booked with CHILDREN UNDER 12 or babies and is for max 3 people.
