The space 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open floor living/dining space, and a kitchen with an oven/stove top and refrigerator. Full wifi coverage throughout, cable tv, a backyard /stone patio, grill and central a/c.

Directly across from the Atlantic Ocean. Walking distance to South Kingstown Beach, East Matunuck Beach, Potter Pond and Deep hole a popular surfing and fishing area. Quick ride to Charlestown famous Ninigret park. Enjoy a short walk to The Vanilla Bean for Ice cream. Seaview Market Place offers great sandwiches for the beach along with many grocery items. Carpenter's farm a bit further offers farm fresh items. Parking pass available for the South Kingstown town beach parking lot.

The Shamrock House 1st floor apartment is walking distance to local restaurants, bike path and shopping. Beach pass for the town beach. Newport is a 30 minute scenic drive away. This light filled, spacious 2 bedroom apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen and new appliances. The apartment has a private entrance with parking and a private porch. The University of Rhode Island is 4.1 mile drive away. There are more than 15 beaches to visit in southern RI. Your adventure starts here.

This is a 1,400 sq ft private in-law apartment with your own locked entrance completely separate from the house. The 1st floor has two bedrooms with new queen beds and a full bath.
