Within a short walk are the Brooklin General Store, Friend Memorial Library, Town Office, Brooklin Historical Museum and Keeping Society, WoodenBoat School and Store, Brooklin Village Inn and Pub, a handful of shops and places to eat, and numerous boatyards.

Kitchenette comes with Keurig with k-cups included, mini fridge, coffee maker/filters, toaster oven, microwave, 2 burner hot plate (no oven), dishes/pots and pans. There is a loft with an army cot. SNOW SWEET, A Yurt for All Seasons

Snow Sweet at The Appleton Retreat is very private, check out the Trail Map. This contemporary yurt faces the Field of Dreams and has a nice view of Appleton Ridge. It features a private therapeutic hot tub on the deck, a fire pit, and fast wifi. The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting six unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.

Spend time on the banks of Herrick Bay in this charmingly restored, single level classic 1930's Maine shingled cottage consisting of a main living/dining area, kitchen, three bedrooms and one full bath.
