Two queen size beds, 2 queen size futons, one twin bed and plenty room for sleeping on the breezy back porch. Bonfire pit right on the beach. Kayaks, paddleboat, floaties and many chairs, cornhole boards sand toys all provided. 3 smart TV's.

Our home is about 6 blocks from Lake Huron and just minutes to downtown shopping, restaurants, beaches, parks, boat launches and more. The Loft at Little Island Lake Resort is located on the shores of Little Island Lake. It sleeps up to 5 people, with two full size beds and a twin sleeper sofa. There is also a small patio, which includes a bistro set and a view of the entire property. It also features a fully stocked kitchenette with mini fridge, toaster, griddle, and microwave. All guests have use of kayaks, standup paddle boards, a 4-seater paddle boat, and fishing gear. Life vests are provided and required.

This adorable two bedroom, one bath, cabin like guesthouse sits behind the owners house with an attached private one car garage. This house features two private entrances! The house is about 1,000 sq feet, and includes a fenced in backdoor so your pets can enjoy the outdoors in a secured space. There is a deck with a small grill to enjoy your outdoor festivities. Back yard also has a fire pit with wood for those crisp nights of relaxation by a fire.
