Ce confortable studio est situé au centre historique de la vieille ville de Sion, dans un charmant quartier aux ruelles piétonnes datant du Moyen-Âge. Endroit central mais très calme, uniquement accessible à pied ou en vélo. Le parking du « Scex », les commerces, restaurants, bars, musées, galeries d'art, théâtre de Valère, le marché traditionnel de la vieille ville du vendredi, les châteaux de Valère et Tourbillon sont cependant à quelques minutes à pied.
