Set within beautiful gardens, this fully furnished cabin features an open plan kitchen/living area/bedroom & ensuite. Facilities include fridge freezer, air fryer, microwave, hob, kettle, toaster, WIFI, smart TV, Amazon Echo, sofabed, double bed, rain shower, electric heater, private outdoor garden area. The accommodation is a self contained en-suite accommodation in a quiet semi rural location. It has a large private balcony to the rear of the property which is a perfect sun trap overlooking ancient woodland . Here you can relax while listening to the sound of the water running in the brook below. There is also a separate private patio area on the ground floor for al-fresco dining together with a BBQ for guests use. There is secure storage for cycles and other equipment on the ground floor.

There are walks on the doorstep being next to the Cwm Clydach bird reserve and the cottage has its own private valley walk with a waterfall. We are situated 3 miles from J45 of the M4 with easy access to Swansea, Gower and the Brecon Beacons. The Swansea Cycle path is on the doorstep. The town is a mile away.
