"Hunsrück Valley View" Holiday Home with SAUNA

A two-bedroom stylish and comfortable holiday apartment for up to four, with a terrace and picture-perfect view of the valley and mountains below. A cedar barrel sauna is available (at extra cost). The entire apartment was renovated in March 2024, including a new sauna oven (it gets really, really hot now), acoustic paneling, new kitchen with Bosch appliances (oven, dishwasher), rain-water shower, a washing machine with dryer, and new beds. You can also visit our herd of Scottish Highlanders!

You can't get closer to the Moselle! Renovated apartment in the heart of the Middle Moselle. On the large terrace, the Moselle is within arm's reach and thus almost unique. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, oven, and more. Private high-speed internet, a television with streaming services, are available. In addition to the shower, the bathroom also features a bathtub. You can enjoy the view of the Moselle from the box spring bed.

It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, floor heating, ventilation system, WiFi, Smart TV, king-size boxspring bed, sofa bed, river view, and elevator. The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

Die traumhafte Natur des Mittelrheintals beginnt direkt vor der Tür. Am stillen Rheinsteig liegt die Wohnung als liebevoll gestalteter Rückzugsort für zwei bis vier Personen. Aus der verglasten Terrassentür öffnet sich der Blick auf die Dächer der Stadt und das weite Tal. Der Freisitz mit Rheinblick lädt ein, Licht, Luft und Landschaft zu genießen. Auch die Loreley-Freilichtbühne ist nah. Die Wohnung hat einen separaten Eingang und wurde erst kürzlich umfassend renoviert.

We have generously broken down the walls in the old winegrowers' business and you can now enjoy the panoramic Moselle view. A wonderful symbiosis of today's living standards and the charm of a mountain inn. The living-dining area is open plan, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a separate area with a sofa bed. Ruhig gelegen mit einem fantastischen Ausblick auf Weinberge, die schönen Orte Bullay und Alf, zwischen der Mosel, sowie der Burg Arras. Den Ortskern Bullay an der Mosel gelegen, erreicht ihr zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten. Als begeisterte Nutzer der Airbnb Angebote weltweit kennen wir die Vorzüge und möchten diese an euch weitergeben.

Die von 2013-2017 mit historischen Baustoffen ökologisch sanierte Ferienwohnung besteht aus 3 Zimmern, Küche und Bad für 2-3 Personen in der 1. Etage des "Alten Fährhauses". Gastfreundschaft hat in unserer Familie eine lange Tradition, das belegen die vielen Eintragungen in unsere Gästebücher aus der ganzen Welt. Wine Cellar - 1. fl. apartment at the Wine Quarter

The Wine Quarter was built in 1937 by a family of winegrowers and was thus characterized by viticulture. Later it was then inhabited by a wine merchant. 2016 we bought the house and renovated over two years. Now we hope that you enjoy and experience the Mosel wine region in Pünderich, one of the charming places at the Middle Mosel.
