“The Pool House” is a pet friendly modern one bedroom guest house & pool for guests exclusive use at the rear of the main dwelling one street back from the waterfront at Port Stephens, Australia’s Blue Water Paradise. The waterfront reserve is a 2 min walk away, continue along the foreshore and in 10 min you can be in the hub of Lemon Tree Passage where you will find the boat launching ramp, park, tidal pool, Marina, Laundromat, Cafés/Restaurants, Post Office, Chemist, Butchers & Bottle Shop!

A beautifully located home, 5 minutes walk to Little Beach and to Shoal Bay beach, close to the Lighthouse, cafes, restaurants, shops and Marina. Pet friendly with a fully fenced back yard. A large boat ramp is a minute away. Accommodation for 6 people in 3 rooms, with a main and an ensuite bathroom. The main bedroom has a queen bed, the other bedrooms have a queen and a double bed. There is an outdoor alfresco undercover dining area and BBQ. All linen is supplied including beach towels.

The house has two indoor living areas, three outdoor zones, high ceilings, lots of light & has been thoughtfully & sustainably decorated. It has easy access to stunning beaches and great bushwalks. Small dogs welcome, but check with us first. The emphasis at Swimmers’ Rest is to slow down, kick back and enjoy!
