Ia mempunyai kolam renang, spa dan dek dan menawarkan privasi dalam percutian yang santai. Katil queen dan suite lounge kulit putih adalah mewah dengan pemandangan ke taman. Dapur berasingan menyediakan semua keperluan untuk memasak makanan anda sendiri jika anda mahu. Ia berjarak dua minit memandu atau berjalan kaki singkat ke Pasar Raya, Kafe, Gimnasium, Kolam Renang, Restoran Pizza dan bar.

Privately located at the end of the driveway on large garden grounds with separate vegetable garden, access to Walking track up to Paddy's Knob view point & playground .House has amazing expansive views of the Tasman Bay, Tahunanui beach and mountain ranges of Mt. Arthur and Owen. Large parking area. A short walk to the beach for a swim, SUP ,kayak or Coffee & breakfast . Located a few minute walk away are tennis Courts, sports fields, Nature land , and many activities located at the beach park.

Suria - guest suite on semi-rural lifestyle block

Our house is on a small rural hill-top, with views over Tasman Bay. The private guest deck through the living room door leads to the shared patio, spa (winter only) and swimming pool (summer) - use by arrangement with us. There is a TV and DVD player in the Lounge which includes a small, basic Kitchenette with a kettle for coffee/tea-making, a toaster, a bar fridge, and a microwave for reheating of ready meals. No pets or children (for security and safety because of the pool).

There is Netflix and Sky TV available in the lounge and a BBQ for your use.
