Cabin-like feel but w/ hurricane impact windows & doors, new floors, shower, vanity, kitchen countertop, & tiki hut. Two large hammocks & firepit. All the amenities of home but feels like paradise.

Chrissy's Cozy Cottage is just what is says COZY and comfortable. 1st bedroom has a queen size bed and a door to the outside deck overlooking a preserve. 2cd bedroom has a trudle sofa that opens to a full bed. All linens are included. Plenty of seating for visitors around dining room table and counter. We are a 5 min walk to the ocean and Shuckers restaurant, just across A1A. Cute beach house on Nettles Island (South Hutchinson Island). Approximately 750 sq ft, 2 bedrooms/1 bath (also access to bath house). Comfortably sleeps 4, but can accommodate up to 6 (with sleeper sofa and twin air mattress). Golf cart included to get around the island to the beach (about 3/4 mile), river, rec hall, and all amenities. Great for kids (and adults) with mini-golf, tennis, pickleball, ping pong, shuffleboard, swimming pools, and other activities.
