All linens are included. Plenty of seating for visitors around dining room table and counter. We are a 5 min walk to the ocean and Shuckers restaurant, just across A1A. Cottage is located in Beautiful Nettles Island Community.

This cozy 2 bedroom 2 bath home offers beautiful canal front views with access to the inter coastal waterway. Sit outside and enjoy the view while you eat or open the windows and enjoy the A/C with the same great view. If you’d prefer the beach we have private access just across Ocean Dr. The neighborhood is very walkable to the pool or beach as well as great restaurants. Cute beach house on Nettles Island (South Hutchinson Island). Approximately 750 sq ft, 2 bedrooms/1 bath (also access to bath house). Comfortably sleeps 4, but can accommodate up to 6 (with sleeper sofa and twin air mattress). Golf cart included to get around the island to the beach (about 3/4 mile), river, rec hall, and all amenities. Great for kids (and adults) with mini-golf, tennis, pickleball, ping pong, shuffleboard, swimming pools, and other activities.
