Welcome to your one-of-a-kind, historic experience located in the countryside just 1 mile east of Springfield city limits. You will experience our finely furnished family home with modern technology & conveniences, originally the one-room North Round Prairie country school from 1875 to 1945. Deluxe features include nature trails, wildflowers, sitting areas, full garage access, and a working cattle farm provide a one-of-a-kind, quality experience. A 3rd bedroom suite upstairs was added in '22!

Tiny Home Cabin - No Cleaning Fee

You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. It maybe small at 375 sf, but it has all the features of most hotels with one queen bed and a full bed in the loft. Located near downtown Springfield, IL and many Abraham Lincoln attractions. Deer often walk around the property which is on a quiet dead-end residential street. The kitchen has most everything you need to cook meals. Plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, and extra pillows. Watch Netflix, Hulu, and Disney also.

Wake to sunrises, unwind by the fire pit, and enjoy stunning sunsets and starry skies. Inside, the open living room flows into a full kitchen and workspace. A washer and dryer are included, and every room offers space to breathe, relax, and feel at home. **We are happy to push 2 twin beds into 1 king with king bedding.

Relax with the family at this peaceful home just outside Springfield. Recently updated, this home offers a spacious open concept for family gatherings, a private primary suite, and a large two-acre yard perfect for unwinding after exploring Lincoln sites, Scheels Park, Knights Action Park and other local attractions. Off-street parking accommodates large vehicles, campers, or boats, and the partially fenced yard adds extra convenience all with true country quiet just at the south edge of town.

The Flat

A historic mid-1800’s building on the Petersburg Square! Guests will enjoy the entire apartment-loft which includes private Queen bedroom and private bath. The main living area features a full kitchen, dishwasher, 1/2 bath and washer & dryer. Accommodates up to six guests (airbeds, sofa bed pull out). Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, or marijuana) is not permitted inside the space. Failure to follow this policy may result in additional cleaning fees.

Stay at our peaceful 3BR, 2BA farmhouse on Good Seeds Flower Farm. The home sleeps 7 with two queen bedrooms and a bunk room, plus a full kitchen, workspace, laundry, fire pit, outdoor dining, and beautiful farm views. Wheelchair-friendly features include a ramp, wide doors, grab bars, an accessible shower and sink, and step-free entrances. Renovated 2BR | Pets, Parking & Workspace

Relax in a bright, fully renovated 2-bedroom apartment near downtown Springfield. The home sleeps up to 5 with two queen beds and a sofa bed—ideal for families, work trips, and longer stays. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, dedicated workspace, smart TVs, in-unit laundry, Wi-Fi, and free carport parking. Hardwood floors and an open living and dining area make it easy to settle in. Pets are welcome. Please note: this is an upstairs unit and guests must climb stairs to enter.

Bunkhouse Seventy-Four

Once used by seasonal farm labor in the 1930s, Bunkhouse Seventy-Four is a fully restored historic bunkhouse with all the modern amenities for a comfortable getaway. Perfect for couples, it features a full kitchen, bath, queen bed, a spacious porch, beautiful antique stained glass windows, a private outdoor soaking tub (Apr-Nov) on a 7 acre hobby farm. Full studio apartment by the best Springfield park

Historic home attic converted to a private 3rd floor apartment, featuring private kitchen and bathroom. Located just two blocks from what many would agree is the best park in Springfield, with a pond, a botanical garden, tennis courts, a playground, and nice roads to run, walk, bike, or skate on. We are also very close to downtown as well as other commercial areas. This space is on the 3rd floor with private access from outdoor stairs and keypad entry.
