Enjoy a stylish experience at this newly renovated high-rise building. Located near the San Antonio medical center, have a blast spending time in the shopping center within walking distance. Or with just a short 5-minute drive, go live it up at 6 Flags Fiesta Texas! Take a short 15 minute drive to the River Walk to enjoy the sites. Or drive to Top Golf, the movies and more! Then come home to watch the sunset from your balcony and be amazed as the sun turns the sky to an assortment of colors.

The Tree Haus

The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.

All rooms have a TV with a Roku streaming device and access to a Hulu account with the ability to view local channels, Disney and ESPN+. We do not have traditional cable viewing options.
