The living room contains a "truth window" - a section where we left the original German fachwerk exposed for those who admire old homes to see some of the original settlers' handiwork. This property is right downtown - restaurants and bars are walking distance from the house. Also close to Schlitterbahn, the Comal river, and The Float In.

Enjoy the forest views from the private balcony. The house is located on tree-laden land, close to Alligator creek, with hillside views and natural charm. Although Texas' oldest dance hall is only a five-minute drive and one right turn away, the area feels peaceful and secluded. Cozy, 450 sf attached apartment outside New Braunfels - 4 mi. from Comal and historic district, 5 mi. from Guadalupe and Gruene, 11 mi. from Canyon Lake. Explore by day, then escape to a greenscaped acre home. Relax in the hot tub or sip wine by the firepit. Kitchenette has toaster oven, microwave, and electric skillet (no stove). Apartment is small, bathroom is REALLY small (shower only), but we have everything you need to be comfortable.
