A perfect place for surfing on the famous Polzeath beach and SW coast path - a 5 minute walk away, or equally a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty that nature has to offer in terms of walks, beaches, swimming, relaxing, picnicking. Baby Bay boasts a wonderful outdoor sauna in close proximity. We are very proud of our home and have made every effort to keep it newly decorated and beautifully furnished.

The house has a BBQ, smart TV, Ping Pong table, surf boards, books, games and hot outdoor shower. The garden is full of flowers with a south facing deck, perfect for dining outside. 7 or 8 sleep comfortably in 4 rooms. The queen room is small, for one person or 2 cosied up! The conservatory provides an extra living/dining area from which to enjoy the gorgeous views. The outdoor shower is also a highlight!

This delightful home has a large mature south facing garden, great for families, kids and dogs, and is in full sun for most of the day.

You have a good range of places to eat out too. There are takeaway traditional pasties to gourmet dinners all within walking distance of the flat.
