The Barn was once a farm building which was recently converted into an open plan, double volume space that's perfect for both long & short term stays. The personal touches make the space perfect for professionals needing to travel for business. It is also ideal for couples & small families wanting to travel. It is equipped with everything needed to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable.

We are Located in a quiet, access controlled cul de sac, minutes away from central Westville, overlooking the University Campus and Beautiful Palmiet Nature Reserve. Durban International Airport is 30 mins drive away & Durban's beaches only 12km away. Private & tranquil with your own entrance and parking spaces. With inverter solar power backups load sheddings impact is in most cases largely eliminated!. Easy access to M13 and N3. Regrettably unsuitable for social events & parties.

Located in a quiet, access controlled cul de sac this upstairs maisonette has spectacular views from the outside deck. This is an upstairs unit above the main house, with 13 steps walk up access. A quaint studio apartment, located in a quiet neighborhood, situated behind our family home. The apartment is ideally suited for 1 person but does have a Queen size bed if you are a couple. Secure off street parking is provided with a private entrance to the apartment. Less then 1 km to upmarket restaurants, 5km to the Pavilion Shopping Centre and only 12km to the beach and city.
