Private deck with ocean views of the Pell Bridge and Newport. Cottage is located on property adjacent to Host Home so privacy limited.

Everything is within walking distance, making it perfect for guests who want to be in the center of it all. Because of this prime location, there can be some street noise at night, especially on weekends and during busy seasons. If you’re a light sleeper, this is something to keep in mind—but for many guests, it’s all part of the vibrant downtown experience.

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly. There's a $25 charge for a second dog.

Grab a lobster roll for lunch before heading off for a stroll along Newport's Cliff Walk - or - Walk over to Surfer's End at Sachuest (2nd) Beach to catch some waves, sip on a Del's lemonade, and hike Sachuest Point National Wildlife Refuge.

Located approximatly 1 mile from downtown Newport, this ia a truly unique and awesome space. Everything in this house is brand new and the place is spotless. Trust me you will love staying here. It’s the perfect spot for two couples. Just as an FYI Fridays and Saturdays are a package deal. You must book both otherwise I would lose the other. (Next to impossible to rent a Saturday if the Friday is already booked)
