Double room with desk 15 minutes from town centre

My home is a comfy cosy house- not far from the town centre, Cardiff uni, Cardiff bay and close to a spar shop, Newport road (large shops) and bus stops. Recently fully refurbished kitchen and bathroom. Has double driveway. This is a SHARED HOUSE, all the guests are professional although there could be potential for some noise. Kitchen space is a shared area. All bedding is washed at 60 degrees and the rooms are sanitised in between guests.
