The house is family-friendly, dog friendly and great for friends to get together, but please no loud parties.

It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. La Petite Maison

Located just a few minutes away from Mumbles, our lovely little bungalow is the perfect getaway. Light, airy and modern. Restaurants, parks, beaches, shops, bars and lots more close by. A short walk down to Mumbles promenade and onto the seafront. We hope you enjoy staying here as much as we have. We are huge dog lovers, so if you have a well behaved pooch please don't leave them behind, they are welcome too! It is gated and fully enclosed, with a private driveway.

There is off road parking and an EV charger for which usage is billed at the end of the stay, if appropriate.

The cosy living room has seating for 5 people, a smart television, a docking Bluetooth station and a wood burner.

Open the windows to smell the sea air and hear the sound of waves crashing on the pebbles below. On the start of the coastal path to the local beaches and the spectacular Gower Peninsula and just a short walk takes you to Mumbles with its boutique shops, art galleries and picturesque seafront restaurants.
