Our Little Guest House

Quaint gambrel styled smaller home with most of the amenities you'd expect for a great stay at a great price! This house is tucked behind my shop and is very private and secure. It offers availability to large groups when coupled with 'The White House', our other Airbnb rental. Great beach combing, silver fishing just 10 miles away, Kassiks Brewery is nearby, North Peninsula Recreation Center offers a great pool, playground, etc. We are 19 miles from Kenai, 10 miles from Captain Cook State Park.

Centrally located on the Kenai Peninsula, this is a great basecamp for incredible nearby fishing in the Kenai River and numerous lakes, awesome coastal trails, vistas of Redoubt Volcano and bear viewing trips. Sleeps 4 with 2 twin beds in loft & 1 in queen in main living area. This Waterfront Cabin offers magnificent views of Cook Inlet, Twin Glaciers, Mt. Redoubt, Mt. Iliamna, Mt. Augustine, and Mt. Spurr, (all 4 are active volcanoes) The Waterfront Cabin has an abundance of wildlife including Moose, Eagles, Beluga whales (seasonal), an occasional Bear and more. There is Large yard, picnic table and fire-pit to share. The Waterfront Cabin is ten minutes from downtown Kenai and the Kenai River.

One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.

This cabin is great for your fishing, hunting or romantic getaway. This cabin offers 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, bathroom, a washer and dryer and WiFi. This location may have some neighbors close by but it offers the seclusion you enjoy when you want to just get away and relax.

This home is located in a quiet, wooded neighborhood, five minutes south of Soldotna. It's 70 miles to Homer and an hour and a half to Seward. It's close to the Kenai and Kasilof rivers. There's plenty of parking for a boat, snowmobile or trailer. There's moose and caribou in the area and the back yard has many varieties of birds. There are beautiful gardens front and back and lawns.
