Murmur y Coed translates simply to the murmur of trees and sits in a tranquil spot at the end of a private driveway, the closest property to the forest and beach. Llanddwyn Island and beach are one of Wales’ most popular and enchanting spots to visit. Dating back to 1850, this quaint white-washed Anglesey cottage is close to the beautiful coastline including magical Llanddwyn Island, an area of outstanding natural beauty and Newborough forest. A real hidden gem, Pen y Gamfa is tucked away down a pedestrian pathway. This charming cottage comprises a lounge and bedroom area. An Aga woodburner with Welsh slate surround provides ample heat supplemented by underfloor heating. An eco extension with living roof is a later addition.
