Located in the Nongrimmaw locality, the homestay is only a 10 minute walk from central Laitumkhrah. Police Bazaar is about 3.5km away. Private entry included and a balcony area with a view overlooking the local neighborhood. The setup includes 2 bedrooms with one double sized bed each, a living room with couch and sofa, a fairly large kitchen with dining table + chairs as well as basic amenities provided, one Western style toilet with adjoined bathroom and an adjacent Indian style toilet.

The cottage is located in a one acre property overlooking a pine grove and fruit trees( plum, peach and pear ) to the south, a meadow and hills in the backdrop to the east. It is a cosy, spacious room with an indoor fireplace , kitchen cum dining with all appliances. The wooden floors in the bedroom, kitchen and deck add to the ambience of the rustic surroundings. Water is sourced from a spring within the premises.
