We have kept a light modern funky space and a beach feel throughout the build which extends to the garden . It has a completely private garden so not overlooked to enjoy maximum privacy on your holiday.All our doorways, bathroom and access are suitable for wheelchairs. The Coach House is a lovely, self-contained cottage located within the grounds of our farmhouse. It is a very short walk away from Weybourne beach, The Ship Inn, The Maltings hotel and our village cafe and shop. Close by is the beautiful Georgian town of Holt, the coastal town of Sheringham and Sheringham Park. We are located just off the North Norfolk coast road, very convenient for Blakeney, Cromer, Holkham and Wells Next the Sea. For a holiday to North Norfolk this is the perfect location!

A birdwatchers' paradise - superb home & location

Welcome. Kiln Cottage, Blakeney, is our family home which we'd like you to enjoy. It's the perfect spot for a holiday or short stay within the beauty and tranquillity of the North Norfolk coast. This modern cottage, built with traditional Norfolk flint, is a moment’s walk from the coastal path, village harbour, shops and eateries. It offers total peace and quiet. I am afraid we are unable to accommodate children under 16. And we're unable to accept dogs or other pets. Parking for two cars.

Hobbit house located on the North Norfolk coast.

Get ready for your romantic stay at Bag End Hobbit house. Bag End is located within one mile of the coastal path and central for the beaches of Wells, Holkham and Blakeney point. Our Hobbit house has one full size bedroom and a smaller bedroom for a little hobbit. Up to 2 extra guests can stay in the cosy seperate bedroom hut at £25pp per night. There is a seperate bathroom and washing up area with hot and cold water. The hot tub can be used for an additional charge of £65 per whole stay.

Idyllic sea-side retreat!

This is a perfect getaway for a relaxing break. Located in a traditional seaside town, this top floor flat boasts a sea-view, and is situated on one of the oldest streets in Cromer. It is a short walk to the pier and all local amenities. The flat sleeps 2 people comfortably. We are dog friendly and welcome one large or two smaller dogs. Other things to note The flat is on the top floor, (one flight of steep stairs) so guests need to be able to climb steep stairs to access the flat.

The Loft, Wells-next-the-Sea

The Loft is a spacious penthouse apartment in Wells-next-the-Sea with fabulous saltmarsh views and allocated parking for one car. Wells Quay is a 5 min stroll away where you can discover an array of independent coffees shops, restaurants and shops. The Loft welcomes families with children over the age of 5, and is able to be booked with Driftwood (first floor 2 bed apartment) should you wish for large groups to get together to explore the beautiful North Norfolk coastline.

Old Chapel House is in the small village of Ingham, three miles from the Norfolk coast. On a quiet country lane, it’s a cosy, welcoming home with lots of wonderful things to do nearby. With a large garden and public footpaths on the doorstep, there’s plenty of space for dogs and guests to roam. For forty years the house was our much-loved family home. We now live across the road and we welcome other families and groups of friends to make the most of this lovely place.

In the centre of Cley-next-the-Sea, it is within walking distance of the beach and other coastal villages of Blakeney, Wiveton and Salthouse.
