The condo has wifi and TV's in the living room and bedroom. Full kitchen with all you will need for a beach getaway. The coffee pot is dual with carafe and k-cup. Two beach chairs are provided for you to use during your stay. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail while watching the ships and dolphins from your private balcony!

Some say it feels private. This is one of the complex's few elevator units and in a bldg closest to the beach, with 2 swimming pools, kiddie pool, tennis/pickleball, and grills

We loved this condo at first site. The view is unbelievable, and it's been recently upgraded and renovated. Walk down the condo stairs and follow a sandy 5 min walk to the ocean. Condo has an unobstructed view of the beach and ocean. This condo offers private condo beach access, two great pools and (1 ) free covered parking spaces. We would argue we offer the best ocean view on the island. This condo is on the third floor and no elevator. There are 46 steps however the view is amazing!

This is a honeymooners delight! Small families are welcome too. *During the winter months-the Heated Spa is available, but not the pool.* HEATED POOL/SPA OPTION IS $40.00 per DAY EXTRA. Charged at end of stay. YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE ENTIRE STAY, UNLESS YOU LET ME KNOW THAT YOU DO NOT WANT THE HEAT FOR THE POOL/SPA FOR THE DAY. The minimum age to book our home is 25 years of age.
