This cabin is camp to us and now a place for you to experience as well. 2 minutes by car or boat to the village of Saranac Lake. A newly remodeled waterfront camp that is private and has a sandy beach area for swimming. Located up river from Lake Flower and before you get into Oseetah. 22 miles of boating and water leisure on the Saranac Lakes and Kiwassa. 2 bedrooms and a sleeping porch sleeps 5 or 6. The camp is small but cozy. A fire pit at waters edge is a perfect end to the night.

Sunset Cottage is only 15 feet from Tupper Lake with a sandy spot for launching canoes/kayaks and a large dock where you can moor your powerboat if you bring one. Dock seating and swimming with a dog friendly stair. Fire pit with firewood on the lawn with Adirondack chairs for your use. Two, kayaks come with the rental. The lake offers sweeping views of Ampersand and the surrounding mountains.
