In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Inside, you will find a nice fireplace with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and two spacious bedrooms. Enjoy the serenity of nature and make life long memories during your stay!

The Extra House

We have a comfortable Extra House we call it. Extra cozy extra cute Extra House. The house is right on the Tallulah River in Towns County. There is fishing/swimming hole about 100 ' up river and a waterfall up a trail behind the Big House about a 30 minute hike up and back. Longer if you jump in the falls. Trout fishing out the door and 6 miles of fishing along the main road. We have a 250' zipline into a swiming pond or get off before the water. Lots of hiking trails and waterfalls.
