Vuonna 2014 valmistunut Mökkimme sijaitsee Paljakassa, lähellä hiihtolatuja ja maastopyöräilyreittejä. Mökin tilat sijaisevat kahdessa kerroksessa. Lasikaiteinen koko mökin levyinen terassi antaa mahdollisuuden aistia luonnon rauhan niin talvella kuin kesälläkin. Pihalla sijaitsee puuvarasto, nuotiopaikka sekä palju. Tervetuloa lomalle tai etätöitä tekemään ihanan tunnelmalliseen keloparitalomökkiin Syötteelle, Pytkynharjuun. Mökin pihasta avautuu Syötteen retkeilyalueen ja kansallispuiston upeat maisemat. Maastopyöräilemään, vaeltamaan tai hiihtämään pääsee suoraan mökin pihasta. Syötteen palvelut ja hiihtokeskus on vain muutaman minuutin autolla ajomatkan päässä (n. 5km). Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

Täysin varusteltu keittiö: astianpesukone, pyykinpesukone, jääkaappi/pakastin, mikro, kahvin- ja vedenkeitin, leivänpaahdin ym. Mukavuuksina suihku, wc, ilmanlämpöpumppu. Tilaa 4–5 hengelle, rantasauna varattavissa erikseen 30€/h, (sauna lämmitetään valmiiksi ja vuorot klo.18-22 välillä)

Majoitu maaseudun rauhassa viihtyisässä mökissä jokimaisemilla. Mökki on pienehkö,siistikuntoinen jossa kaikki tarvittava. Sähkösauna,suihku,wc,liesi,astiat,jääkaappi ja ruuanlaittovälineet Rantaan menee polku ja soutuvene käytössä. Ranta on kivipohjainen ja siinä ei ole laituria eli uimataitoinen täytyy olla jos joessa pulahtaa. Kohteessa juuri tullut ilmalämpöpumppu joka pitää huoneiston mukavan viileänä ja tuo talvella mieluisaa lämpöä.
