As a couple, we are often abroad for work and like to rent our home to people who will enjoy it as much as we do. The house consists of 3 floors and has 2 large terraces with lots of sun and greenery. 2 spacious bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms and built-in wardrobes. The kitchen, living room and dining area contain high-quality materials and an abundance of natural sunlight. The 3rd room + bathroom has access to the terrace. The modular sofa converts into a comfortable double bed.

This superb furnished city ground floor apartment (65 m2) still has his authentic Dutch details from 1890 and is literally next to the historic center, in a few minutes walking distance to the Grote Mark and a short walk to the trainstation. Situated in a quite street, in a very good neighbourhood. BYy train in 15 mins in Amsterdam. You can park your car in the paid parking garage, we also have a free option, ask for more details. We only rent our house a month (usually in August) ech year.

Nabij het prachtige Noorderplantsoen in een van de mooiste en rustigste buurten van Groningen overnachten in een sfeervol kleurig benedenhuis. Er is een tuinslaapkamer en een voorkamer, beide met tweepersoons bedden, en een tussenkamertje waar ook geslapen kan worden. Een eigen keukentje met koffie en thee, koelkast en oven/magnetron, een eetkamer met toegang tot de intieme stadstuin vol bloemen. Privacy met een eigen badkamer en toilet. Je bent binnen 5 minuten in het centrumgebied gelopen!

Dit bijzondere en complete huisje is in het verleden door een architect onder handen genomen. De voorkant is gelegen aan het “Westbroekpark” en achter het huis bevindt zich een smal tuintje met duurzaam theehuisje/werkplek in een groene omgeving. Met 15 minuten wandelen staat u op het strand, het park ligt meteen voor de deur. Het gehele huis is voor jullie beschikbaar en wordt niet gedeeld met anderen. Het huis heeft een eigen ingang. Pleasant and comfortable town house near Amsterdam

Comfortable townhouse nearby Amsterdam. The house has a spacious living room and two bedrooms. The house is suited for 3 guests. Towels and linen are provided. A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Shower gel is not provided. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner cooker, oven, a dishwasser, a Nespresso machine and several cooking and eating utensils. At the back of the house there is a small terrace with seating. Free Wi-fi and the use of the (smart) tv is available.

Complete bovenwoning in “De Bergen” Op 50 meter van het Wilhelminaplein vindt u onze complete bovenwoning met eigen ingang. De woning ligt op de eerste en tweede verdieping van een pand waarin we zelf de begane grond bewonen. Op loopafstand van het centrum en het station. Goede verbindingen met Strijp-S, TUE, ASML etc.. Geschikt voor zakelijke reizigers. Maximum verblijfsduur is 14 dagen. Langer verblijf mogelijk in overleg, stuur dan een informatieverzoek. Verhuur alleen via Airbnb.

Rauszeit SPO - Vintage-Charme hinter‘m Deich

"Gönn dir mal 'ne Rauszeit!" – auf dieses Motto zu kommen, war für mich als Stadtmensch nicht schwer. Einen krasseren Gegensatz zum Trubel der Großstadt kann man sich kaum vorstellen. Die "Rauszeit" ist ein ruhig im Ortsteil Böhl in der Nähe des Leuchtturms gelegenes Reihenhaus. Die Preise beinhalten ein Wäschepaket und die Gästekarte für SPO.
