We are located in the Top 10 holiday park which has wonderful amenities for all to enjoy. Secluded sunny studio with off-street parking

The 35 sm self-contained studio is private, elevated and peaceful. The sunny deck overlooks the garden and Eskdale Reserve's native bush. Both studio and carpark are out of sight and sound of the road down a long sloping path that is shared with the main house. Uncluttered. Suitable for cooking, working, relaxing. sleeping off jetlag. NOT suitable for guests with restricted mobility because of the stairs from carpark to studio (see photos). A 10min walk to the nearest shop and bus stops.

You can launch the boat 2 hours either side of high tide. Perfect for a intimate boutique weddings, max 40 guests, 3 night minimum hire required for weddings. No parties.
